Why do we think Mackay gonna get more out of our players?

It was widely acknowledged by many of our players that DJ was a huge help and they liked him and valued him a lot. Why will Mackay help some of our less consistent players.

It was also widely acknowledged that Jones fell out with players and would blank them
and ignore them. Players who are in favour never slag the manager off do they??

As he said yesterday in his interview he only wants players with passion, commitment and determination at the club and ALL ego's will need to be parked at the door.
No precious players under this manager only unity within the group at a level DJ could only ever dream of and thats how he will get more out of the players.
More for him, more for the club and more importantly more for us the fans.

Jones had his favourites and alienated others. Look at his treatment of Matthews.

What i like about what mackay said is that he wants palyers to enjoy going to training and playing for the club he wants them to gel and build a unity that was a massive gap in our squad last season IMO

You would assume correctly . Don't see a lot out of BBC out in Cyprus. Bothroyd, Koumas, Whitts have all said that Jones has done wonders for them. Roger Johnson said the same too and Chopra when he came back.
On the flip side of someone else's comment you would hear negative stuff from someone he fallen out with.
