still , its his choice , he should have thought of that when he got with her , they both wanted kids

you could have 2000 coming in and 1100 going out, they dont care. you still have to pay the full amount
most of the time the payment is going on top of faily tax credits, her wage and the wage of a new partner so that household in effect has 4 wages going into it and the father has his 1 wage taken away
