My source has confirmed to me that mark hughes was at ccs today to finalise a deal with city after fulham gave him permission to speak to us. Not sure if anyone else can confirm or deny but this source is adamant he was there today. Come july 1st I expect hughes to be our man. If this is the case it would show why the club is takin to so long. If this is not the case u may see a story in the echo and local news about a certain person gettin beaten to death lol

I had a phone call in work monday or tues saying the same thing,personally i cant see it but stranger things have happened i suppose

I said it before to m8 about Hughes a welsh manager at the club awesome.

For malky its 800 k compo and 350 k for his wage so around 1.1 mill .That is way to much money for this man sorry.

Hughes would cost around the same fee I reckon so I no which one I would go for and thats Hughes for me.

Weather the story has any truth in it remains to be seen probably not but look what happened with Bellas last year.

I dont get why we would pay all that money for Malky when Roberto and Hughton would cost less money no compo to pay out so more twists and turns are on the cards

Also this Malky thing could get messy I would say move on from him and find someone else.

I think its going to take a while before we no the new man I hope I'm wrong cos its doing my head in now.

Hughes is an incredibly limited manager with a single tactic, who favours the older players. Let's just call him Dai Jones Mk II eh?

He's not allowed to officially speak with another club until the 1st July though. Hughes would be my choice, but I've a feeling this is a bit of a wind up
