If Malky resigned in order to come to us then Cardiff definitely would be reported for tapping him up. As it is we've not tapped him up as such as sounded him out and then gone through the proper channels.

But Watford would not accept his resignation he has a 3 year contract. Even if they did then they could make him serve a months notice at least
