Smallest ever squad?

If Chopra leaves for the tractor boys then will City have the smallest squad ever?(I don't mean midgets!?

I'm not panicing but I have never noticed any other squads being run down so low!
It could be very, very bad but trying to put positives on it, it will give the new manager a pretty clean slate to start from, hopefully he'll be backed to build his own squad.
Also, our summer wage bill must be pretty low!
