Im having one done in next week or two and like an idiot checked out the forums for this procedure and theyre all so bloody negative. Bit like holiday reviews really cos only moaners contribute anything on them, the british way is to highlight the negative! Anyone got some positive spin on back procedures and how long to be off work for?
