JUST HEARD SOME SAD NEWS ABOUT DAVID TEMME

David who was CEO for a good few years at Cardiff sadly passed away at 10.30am this morning after a long battle with cancer.
I had plenty of dealings with David and he was very helpful and supportive of what we set up with the Valley Rams, had plenty of disagreements but never an argument as such and whilst some of his actions and plans weren't to everyones taste, at the end of the day is job meant that he was never going to please everyone all of the time, but I always found him approachable and great company, loads of stories and a mans man.

His lovely wife Lorna must be in bits, many of you will remember Lorna who worked for years in the ticket office, my thought and I'm sure many others thoughts go out to her and of course their son.

David, Rest In Peace and we will always remember the part you played in the jigsaw that is Cardiff city.

I remember having a chat with him at Rotherham one year about the black and yellow kit. It still brings a smile to my lips many years on.

I knew him and had dealings with him when he was MD of Brent Walker when he developed the CIA, International hotel opposite and the old ice rink. A very hard but fair man who will be sadly missed by his family and friends. God bless you David and my thoughts go to your family.

Literally fought to keep my old man in his job when a certain Sam was getting rid of everyone else. could have been a tough time without him....tough man but a good man.
