We all have our own favourites

For the managers job, that's obvious.
But for God's sake, whoever comes in, be it O'Neill, Robins, Hughton, McInnes, di Matteo or Brian Flynn, we HAVE to give them two years.
We HAVE to give them our support, our full backing, and every inch of our patience. This is Cardiff City, and it wouldn't be unless it tortured us. But we'll be rewarded soon enough.
Patience is the key.
And I'd add this; just because a manager has done little in their career so far, it doesn't mean they won't at our club. Look at Rogers and Lambert for a start.
