Both of these managers prolly have good contacts.
Chris Hughton, if became our manager, could try and get quality youngsters on loan or on a permanent basis. I don't know if the Toon's youth setup is actually good, but they are a premier league club and there must be some young talent. One of their youngsters have signed a contract extension, he plays on the wing, 19 years old called Shane Ferguson, personally if Hughton wanted him here on loan it would purely depend on who the Toon bring in, it looks like they have quite a nice transfer kitty to play around with. He could also bring in other players from them such as , Leon Best who'd make a great addition to our sqaud, James Perch I think he'd make a great addition also and possibly Dan Golsing on loan. All of those players I think would give us a great chance of finishing top of the league. Depending what players our rivals buy.
Roberto Di Matteo, if become our manager, might do the same but obviously with Albion. I think Chris Brunt would want to leave and may come to city...would be a brill signing, Marc-Antione Fortune would be another good signing, Sim Cox would be yet another great signing. Now he also may have contact at MK Dons. Like S. Gleeson, I think he could cut it at City, J Easter I also believe he may be able to cut it at Cardiff.

The Toon have a lot of good youngsters I think, they're supposed to be brought into the first team a lot more now though.
As for West Brom, Brunt wouldn't come here I doubt, both Merseyside clubs have been sniffing about him as well as other Premier League clubs.
