I have always been happy sitting back and reading the forum (good way to kill time in work) but the negativity being shown by people has prompted me to register and give my view.

I just cannot understand how people are complaining about certain potential managers. such comments like when CH was manager at newcastle the squad was so talented anyone could have got them promoted. Last season we had the best squad in the league and yet DJ failed.

From what i can remember CH had the toon mid table in the PL which is no mean feat

chris hughton would be a major coup, he has been written off by a large number of people but having a good squad inherited, as he did, is only the start, he still had to get them promoted which DJ should have with our boys. Hughton set his teams up well and how anyone can slate him for getting promoted, comfortably, is beyond me
i'd be very happy, as i will with anyone tbh, i just want our new era to begin!

If Curbs/Ardley/Di Matteo/Roeder/Burton/Strachan get the job still back them.

We disagree on many things at CCFC like Sam's 'return', tactics, which MB is better, players, the role of PMG etc etc but one thing we all have to do is get right behind the team and right behind the manager, regardless of short term setbacks (of which there will be plenty).
