I have a feeling that these posters are suffering from a disease called Post Mortgage Gripe or in short PMG Syndrome.
There is a cure for this disease but it is only applicable to mortgage holders.
You must write to your bank/building society initially expressing your gratitude to them for lending you the shortfall of money between the deposit you put down on your house and the selling price which has enabled you to house your family.
The next step then is to inform them that now some 2 years on you have realised that a significant amount of your income is being taken to pay off this loan.
The next step is to take it to the extreme level and tell them that although you initially appreciated the loan when needed you now feel as though you are being raped by them and that ultimately you think they should just write the debt off totally.
I must warn you that this projected cure is in its infancy and there have been a considerable number of rejections.
but hey nothing ventured nothing gained so good luck to any applicants for the cure

Steve
we all know what the agenda's are here regarding 2013.
With regards to mike hall its my opinion that he is going to keep an eye on Pmg's interests and also as the old western prospectors used to say" there's gold in them there hills"
