Giles Barnes is a great player. Lost his way a little but with the right guidance that boy could be brilliant again.

Kevin Philips is being lined up to replace Danny Graham,if he leaves Watford.
Henri Lansbury from Arsenal would be a great loan singning for us,played well last season at Norwich.
Brighton are after both Lansbury and Jack Cork (both England U21)...If we are looking for young players who have played in this league

Sven, surely we cannot be relying on that way of doing things if we are to progress and reach our full potential? I'd rather a manager that can develop tactics and and control the dressing room, over the 'social worker' approach to management.

Also Danny Pacheco was good for norwich last season
