Do they have anyway of increasing the capacity, like we can?

Hull FC, a rugby league team, plays at the KC Stadium, Hull City FC ground, which is owned by the council. Both the rugby and football team played in the same ground whilst hull were a prem team. and Hulls council are thinking of increasing the KC to a 35,000 seater with a choiche of a further 10k which brings the total to 45k so yes

Don't know about most of them the rugby 1 yes wigan do it

ground would need major development to increase the capacity but yes it can

isn't it strange that the most season tickets they can sell is 16,200 . surely they can do that , can they ?

Yes, a rugby team can play there. London Irish played at Readings ground and Saracens played at Watfords ground while they were in the Prem. Wigan Warriers also play Super League at Wigans ground

No they can't increase the Capacity one jot. They would have to knock the whole stadium down first. And why would they want to buy it off the Council ? They pay for a fantastic pitch and maintenance of the Stadium. Happy days for them but they are stuck with the capacity of around 20.500

I thought they could remove that walkway that is all the way around the stadium, about a third of the way up. It looks awful anyway.

Massive gamble to increase the capacity (if poss) they will be odds-on favourites to come straight back down like Blackpool this season and Burnley the season before. Hull survived for only 2 seasons, infact I can't think of any play-off winners that have survived for long?
