WHAT KIND OF PLANS WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE OUR NEW BOSS BRING

What would you like to see the new boss bring with him , as far as plans for our future ?
I would like to see a plan for scouts, and to not let teams from out side Wales come here and pick up all our young talent.

Also I think we need a reserve side , to bloody new players and give play time to other players rather than just keeping them on the bench.

I would also like our next boss to make 100% sure all our player are Alcohol free for 48hrs before any game, and if there out 48hrs late before a game they will be fined and a big fine.

Also our player and manager to acknowledge the fans after a game ,especially the away fans.

To have a plan B also to have his own backroom staff and to bring youngsters through to the first team.

cheap beer at the stadium and real chips(not those shitty frozen ones)

to use our academy boys and bring them through instead of just f*cking them off cheap....send them out to lge 1 or 2 clubs for experience....we all know jones hated the kids...waste of talent to just let them bugger off...hope the new team use them in the right way

I def wanna see a manager with a continental style of playing and a plan b & c & d , not hoofball up to front men, build from the back, not the usual goal keeper kick long and hope as DJ did with the team

I want new manager to bring his choice of backroom staff so we can get rid of Terry Burton , nice guys dont get you promoted - evolving idea's and different approaches on the field can , we became predictable in all department - corners freekicks etc - some of the blame must lie with TB , no alternative approach - so new backroom staff is just as important as a new manager imo...................
