Its rare for someone with no management experience to be a success. We are a big club with big expectations ffs. Chances of him failing are much greater than of him being a success.

Not saying ardley would be a flop. Could end up best thing sinse sliced bread. But who is saying Ardley is a fantastic prospect ? Gethin Genkins ?

i'm not defending the bloke, i don't know anything about him to judge him, posters saying next season will be a disaster if we give ardley the job, well its guess work really. every manager has to get a start somewhere, lets just hope for the sake of the club hes up to it if he does get the job.
and anyone thinking we are going to get an alladyce or martin oniell or warnock are in for a nasty surprise.
also it may well have been bellamy that has recommended ardley, for all we know he might of said hes the only one on the management team that knows what he's talking about

Can understand were your coming from, but we need a experienced manager.

Would love O'Neil to come here, its obviously not going to happen.

We have massive debts and couldnt afford him.

I would want a manager here with experience, hunger and fight in him here.
