malky mackay is a shout, decent manager. we need a manager who makes the players play the right football and shows more passion for the club, this is what most fans want. along with success

I think it'll be someone that has got a team out of this league recently.
Warnock (if circumstances change)
Houghton
Di Matteo
Holloway (if circumstances change)
Plus I guess O'neil because his name has been around a bit.

I agree. Doubt Bellamy, Dowie, Keane, Reid, Megson or Giggs are even in the Club's mind.

The names in bold are the people that I would like to see become our next Manager, sorry to say i would not want Bellamy as our manager just yet, Assistant/coach with a player role maybe, but not manager.
One day once he has more experience.

The same Mackay who publicly claimed our players were targetting ("taking turns") one of his, ignoring the vast number of fouls committed by Watford?
They play the right football? Amongst kicking the opposition, sure...

o'driscoll - no, allerdyce possibly but probably going to west ham, curbishly would be great down here i think

Think (and hope) that a lot rests on what we are doing about Bellamy ? May be we have him as player / coach while training as a manager ?
If so, will have to have a manger who will work with him (baring in mind he will control the dressing rm !)

Warnock for me in an ideal world, but i think its between curbishly and hughton

ok but i think we can agree that watford have been quite dangerous this season and wern't far off the play offs considering that they haven't got great facilities and much money. sure i would rather o'neil curbishley etc but he's a decent manager.
