martin o'neil is a lover of young players being brought through into a club but very stubborn which either works very well or could be a disaster.

that all came through as soon as Oneil left and the youth coach took over
Ciaran Clark and Marc Albrighton two good examples of players who instantly came into the team as soon as Oneil was removed.

Others like Young, Downing, Delph he paid massive money for which to me is not the same situation.

hes not another dave jones hes one of the best managers in the prem. Hes out of our reach dont worry about that WE COUIDNT GET HIM IF WE WANTED TOO

As i have said in the past there is no better manager in football for us than martin o'neill he has the knowledge to bring in players the passion to kick start the existing players (all 10 of them) and the experience of top level football no one else can do for us what he can WE MUST HAVE HIM!!!!

No, Id love to have him here. He has the profile that the club needs to move forward, be intersting if Craig would be working along side him as a coach.

The passion they would bring
