This will get the forum moving along, a lot of fans will be happy that the Malaysians are alive
They've been "talking to everyone" which is just begging for a list of possibilities...
Bellamy
Jenkins, DJ, Burton
Other managers, I wonder who?
Sam
Carl
I don't think I'm particularly clairvoyant in predicting a summer of shocks and surprises for CCFC, what's new? :ayatollah:

High time the Malaysians walked the walk not just talked the talk !

as long as DJ walks first I would quite happily wait for the Malaysians to talk the talk lol! :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I think we need a fresh face now as it seems to me the club has gone stale with DJ there and this new manager needs to be brought in before the transfer market and pre-season starts there are quite a few good players being released on a free and we need to have stability at the club to have a good chance of snapping them up as players will not want to come to a club where there is a lot of uncertainty around the place whatever the decision lets hope it's this week or very soon for the sake of our club :ayatollah:

Fingers crossed, action on our short and long-term issues will be resolved soon then;

Short-Term - Who is going to be our manager next season?
- Sam, what to do?
- all other immediate debt

Long-Term - a sustainable business/youth system
- ownership of the club

Only time will tell. :ayatollah:

They've pumped in what £15 million and saved our club so far - what more do you want from a 40% share holder..... The other 60% - what do you want from them....?

You mean by giving DJ a huge budget to play with despite the financial problems they were facing when they took over. Also giving us the single, best signing in the history of Cardiff City. Backing DJ in January despite alarm bells ringing amongst the vast majority of our support. They did their bit mate.

Merlin, let's be realistic. The Malaysians are businessmen - fans of the club? Nope. They are looking for a return on investment. Quid pro quo. Club successful, increased marketing in malaysia - profit for TG and Tan. Club as a vehicle to launch Cosway in the UK - profit for Tan and TG.

They aren't however going to endlessly pump money into the club - once it reaches a point profit back is outweighed by the amount invested, only an idiot would continue pumping money in. They aren't idiots...

Should they cut their losses and run, we are totally f***ed.

They aren't talkng to everyone annis. They sure as hell have not spoken to the fan base to give us their stance whether it be good or bad. Nothing but silence for a fortnight.

I reckon they're going to wait until after the playoff final to release any positive news. What better way to cheer up the fans than releasing good news e.g. Bellamy returning or Jones leaving hours after the promotion berth that we all wanted is confirmed?

I've gained major lethargy over the last week and football is just making me feel tired so I'm tempted to go into hiding until August and just turn up for our first game to see who we have playing and managing.

Hope your right Annis , things need to be sorted out and Jones kicked out otherwise we have no hope if he stays. :ayatollah:

The wife and I arrived back into Gatwick yesterday teatime from a week in Greece (booked between semi & playoff final).
Planned to stay between Gatwick and Wembley Sunday night with my tickets for the final being collected from friends who also would have been coming to the game outside Wembley.
Well that plan did'nt work did it.
Not only thank DJ but also those so called players that did'nt give a fxxk it we got there or not. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE

Well I will be watching a good film this afternoon then.

I agree that things have maybe gone a bit stale. Perhaps it is time for Dave Jones to move on if only for his own good. A lot of fans don't like him and he doesn't like the local media ( well done Dave you are not alone there!!!). But if anyone really believes that the likes of Curbishley or Hughton will do a better job than Dave Jones they are living in a dream world in my opinion. Some people are so determined to try and force Dave Jones out that they can't see further than their nose and can't or won't stop to think clearly that we are nit going to get anyone better. They can dream on about people like Martin O'Neill but need to start living in the real world. Rant over

Please explain to me that if dave jones stays what will be different next season??? how will he erase the huge dips in form we have, the bottle/choking jobs we always have??? his total disrespect for the city fans??? etc. What new will he bring to the table which we have not already seen over the last 6 years?????
