Our favourite son Bellamy is a very abrasive character and doesn't suffer fools lightly, whoever comes in will have to be able to channel Craig's in yu face attitude in a positive way, not many managers who could do that IMO, somebody similar may clash with him and somebody of a more meek and mild approach may feel his position undermined.
