We can't afford to keep having a wage bill higher than income.
If the Malaysians are seriously about being in it for the long haul and not just paying lip service, that needs to be addressed on two fronts - lowering the wage bill and raising income.

Decent. Don't you mean way above average for this division. This is your problem, you need players who want to play for you, no throw money at every Tom Dick and Harry and try to buy success.
