A SUGGESTION FOR CARL

Sat May 28, 2011 9:34 am

What may help to convince the doubters is a statement from an independent person who can comment on the current loan note situation. Now who better than Peter Ridsdale, the man who drew up the alleged contracts, that some of us allegedly have seen. Surely if PR can substantiate what you have written, then until the doubters have seen and examined the small print, that may help them to see the wood for the trees. So I would suggest ringing PR, or have you already done that. Lol

Gwyn that is a very good suggestion.

The fact that he is now independent to Cardiff City and all that goes on, surely he is in a position to state what were the agreements and when those agreements become payable or if they have fallen in and are payable immediately.

For the record I have spoken with Peter on a few occasions since his departure regarding financial issues that Peter was involved with at Cardiff City and I will speak of those conversations when the time is appropriate but for know it is best for me to just say that I am confident in what I have said regarding the loan notes and what we allegedly have seen to be a true reflection of what I have claimed.

TBH im more worried about the PMG debt than the langston debt, as i understand langston is unsecured so they'll have to wait at the end of the rather large queue!! :D

Have to say if Mr Ridsdale told me the time I would not only check if it was true I'd also look to see if I was still wearing a watch :ayatollah:

why on earth would anyone with a brain believe a word Ridsdale says - christ this whole club is riddled with liars and decieving barstewards, from the ex-chairman to the monkees he's employed as mouth pieces to the ex-groundsmen who now thinks he's hitler as some kind of stadia general.

The Malaysians have the right idea - get rid of those from the past within the club except those who work for a living (the ticket offce staff, the club shop staff, the groundsmen etc). Sack the rest of them and get in new hierachy, no egg chasing lovers and get the club a whole new fresh start.

As for the loan notes, well Ridsdale is currently in court for one cgarge, down in Plymouth spinning the same yarns he did up here, lets keep him out of the club, out of the city and out of wales!

also as part of his leaving package there is a confidentiality clause in place which would forbid him discussing these so called documents and any other club matters.
it amazes me that people actually want to talk to this parasite in the first place.
This is the man that has been accused of stabbing sam in the back on more than one occassion by the more prominent members of this board.
This is the man who had the opportunity to bring the club back to some sort of stability yet behaved in a manner more recless than sam had ever been.
have we all forgotten the season of fowler, Jfh and sinclair add their wages to ridsdales and jones and those 5 people were taking up a almost a third of our turnover for that season.
sam left the club in 27 million pound worth of debt of which is for everyone to see in the audited accounts and wants the majority of it back
ridsdale put not a penny piece into the club pulled some incredible wages and expenses not to mention the millions of shares for nothing.
Paul guy lends the club 9.4 million to ensure that the stadium project is completed and gives the club until 2013 to pay it back and also allow 25% of the debt to be changed into shares and yet the majority of this board paint him as the villian of the piece

Remember the Godfather Steve, keep your friends close and your enemies even closer.

Also Paul Guy lent the club £9million?

Let's get it straight, Principality lent the money but would not lend to the club, ask yourself why?

Especially as they knew the money was going direct to the club and the loan would be repaid using the club's money?

I wonder why the Principality would not lend to the club despite the club asking them twice and even asked them for a reason as to why they would not but no answer was ever given.

carl

The principality would not lend the club the money as they had no assets or credit rating and also the spectre of langston hanging over them.
Who is the guarantor for the 9 million loan then carl
i will tell you Paul Guy is

I think most of us would stand as a gaurantor for 9 million if we stood to make 30 million. :x

thing is though gwyn show me a set of accounts where pmg made 30 million in the last 3 years.
and he is currently continuing to pay that loan off to the principality whilst receiving very little from the football club.
another thought for you then gwyn if langston were a set of hedge fund investors why did they not call the loan in and take the club on themselves
after all there was in your opinion 30 million to be made and in annis opinion 80 million.
strange decision that eh

1) Regardless of Ridsdale being involved with the club or not, confidentiality clauses would still apply - and cl;ub confidential business is precisely that.

2) People would accept Ridsdale's word? The same ridsdale with a fraud trial upcoming? The same Ridsdale who tried to "save2 Plymouth* only to get an administrator appointed he apparently knows; Ridsdale apparently set to be chairman for the princely sum of £1? The same Ridsdale who told fans Jones had a couple of games... only to tell the media a year later he never had any thoughts of sacking Jones?

* Being fair, Plymouth were fucked anyway.
