Why is nobody giving Reading a chance ?

Fri May 27, 2011 9:56 pm

All banter aside, why cant they win ?

It seems everybody is resigned to a comfortable Swansea victory.

No reason why they can't. They've only lost 1 in 17 apparently and anything can happen on the day.

But I don't half fancy Dyer and Sinclair against Harte and Griffin.

Who says Reading have no chance? Personally I think they are a very good side with premiership experience. Can see this game going to the wire. In my 30 years of watching my beloved team I have never written off any side in a two horse race.

Hopefully we will come out on top, but who knows. May the best team on the day win.

Your probably right. It's going to be so difficult to beat the excitement of last years 5 goal thriller.

from previous meetings i wondered how the hell could reading beat us in the play offs? never mind current form we will beat them and have either forest or swansea in the final. when we lost 3-0 i realised that reading did have quality, not many BIG names and they can play good football.
if we had managed to get to the final, we would have to play our style of football brilliantly in order to beat swansea, whereas reading can play their style of football in a half decent way and cut swansea up and score goals, something we can't do unless DJ told the players to play like we did in certain games( leeds).
