I read it yesterday morning Stan as I was interested to see the basis on which the decisions were made and also to see how accurate the grapevine had been or to put it another way how accurate my mate had been with the info he gave me.
The first thing that becomes obvious here is that QPR legal team blew the FA case out of the water very early in this case by the application of UK Law in that it was not possible to take retrospective action after the introduction of new regulations. The case should have been concluded there and then but there were other charges relating to the unlicensed agent and the third party agreement that needed to be considered.
The finding regarding Mr Pirri was the most interesting to my mind as the reality was that he was an unlicensed agent when he was involved in the first playing contract and unlike all the gossip he didn't become a lincensed agent a few days after the players registrations but actually 15 months after the player signed his first contract. The man sent a DVD to Paldini went with Paldini to Argentina to watch the player and was with the player at QPR when he signed his first contract, as a result a payment of £200,000 was agreed payable when and if the player was offered another extended contract. It was 11 months later it was proved Mr Pirri was involved in negotiating an improved contract for the player in May 2010 and he only become a licensed agent a few days before that contract was submitted in September 2010. He had clearly been fully involved and had agreed a £200,000 fee over 15 months before he met the FA criteria for becoming licensed and the moment this charge was proved the Panel should have checked the precedent for punishment, including the Luton Town judgement where a 10 point deduction was issued with the intention of sending a message to clubs in future, the panel didn't and used an earlier judgement 4 years earlier against I believe Arsenal where the basis of the fine was set against the agents fee. This was unbelieveable and in my opinion a deeply flawed judgement as the punishment when proved had to be a 10 point deduction and not applying that sanction may well see Swansea City take action in the civil courts ala Sheffield Utd.
The various games of legal semantics surrounding the wording of the charges relating to 3rd party ownership was again unbelieveable and few people will understand that charges were considered unproven because of the position and implied meaning of the word SO in the charge. Talk about legal masterbation I have never known the like but despite all of that bullshit the panel still found that QPR were guilty of having taken an unfair sporting advantage then when deciding on the sanction they took the undisputed advice on an ex manager and serial kerb crawler who told them what everyone else knows thats its impossible to say with any certainty the effect one player of a team or a result, for him to use players like Messi or Ronaldo is again IMO masterbation. He probable wrote that submission whilst some tart he had just picked up was going down on him again utterly unbelieveable as IMO the panel had an absolute responsibility to consider the rules of the competition and they make room for a fine or point deduction with no consideration for Messi or Ronaldo. Maybe Hereford Utd should appeal their 3 point deduction and fine on the basis that their player is no Messi![]()

The funniest thing about this if indeed anything is funny is the vision of an emotional Paladini breaking down at the end of his evidence saying ITSA ALLA MYA FAULTA and the pussys on this panel bought that hook line and sinker.
What this judgement clearly shows is that yes QPR did use an unlicensed agent over a period 15 months and yes they did gain an unfair sporting advantage over other championship clubs but what the hell the player involved was not Messi so give the club a slap across the knuckles.
QPR have got away with one here a very very big one and best of luck to them if nothing else they have shown that you can break sporting regulations and if you employ the right lawyers you will get away with it.

FAO: TO THE UK BASED BOARD MEMBERS AT CARDIFF CITY FC
Re: To the Premiership side that Cardiff City boasted via Club/ Press/ any convenient channels, I congratulate you on your ability in the art of spin doctorism, I must also point out that because Cardiff City Supporters are so desperate and hungry to reach the promised land of the Premiership that many even most of Us actually take the spin as gospel because We have dreams and we want to believe. Then you have supporters like Myself that has all the same dreams but sadly cant dream to heavily having wanted or unwanted knowledge that nightmares are just as likely. I listen to Fans of all kinds Mums/mates/Gran dads etc etc, even MB's and take in the topics good and bad, But it kills me when I want to write facts and and some real stuff guaranteed a million replies, and im not alone'' I'm involved in the entertainment Bizz and have Theater with Some TV to add to the CV, So i suppose unlike Simon the Butcher Ted the Postman, My grapevine tends to remind me that nightmares can come true more than pipe dreams. I never gave up hope until the final whistle at home to Reading, But i was down hearted from January when a decent offer for Jay B came in that would have enabled Cardiff to purchase J Vaughn from Everton in fact the J Vaughn plus 1.5M? What TF were City dragging Their heels about?? Jay B sulked from that point on and Vaughn ended up at Palace and to be fare did good job there, kept them up id say, No disrespect to Jay but Vaughn would have been more up for our promotion push as he would'nt have had any distractions or contemplativeness, Now it's a possibility Jay will be with the Toffs soon enough anyway (for free), What a lot of Cardiff Fans dont know going by their reactions to Vaughn heading to Palace is that the move was not of his choice as He was all up for coming to the City, BUT Everton said they didnt need to run a credit check they wanted money on the table, City obviously couldn't come up with £900.000 so that was that, Well it said it all to me and mine when Everton was happy to let Vaughn go to London on loan till end of season, Ironically Vaughn was a rare target that actually wanted to come to City, People thought City were dragging Their feet in January (FACT was No one would come to City) even though CITY were in a auto promotion spot????? Look at the caliber of players brought in specially from Jan to April, Why did DJ's bring Brown (GK)?? TWO MONTHS WAGES down the drain (a fair sum that Cardiff could have belatedly but finally putting towards the Fred Kenor Trust), and never had a game, How bad is He that for all Buy-waters hindrances Brown still couldn't get a game??? At a Club boasting Premierships wages and 2nd in the Championship these keepers were the best Cardiff could attract???, Or may be it was the fact that CCFC (Wags'groupies apparently are among the ugliest in Football and the jokes are that even swansea's groupies with all six fingers are prettier!!! As iv said previous with posts on here was that the football vicinity were actually quite impressed that Cardiff were still involved in the run in end of April. Another point and fact is that Dj's coment on TV for all to hear him imply that Cardiff possibly went for 4th spot intentionally? didnt go well with the E FA and compelled the FA to state that Welsh Clubs will from now have to become part of Their asscociation and rules to continue in the English System, The FA not being happy with the possabillity of swansea landing third spot being potentially very embarressing and still could be if swansea lose to Reading, Because Our Rivals are sqeecky clean and would be a harder battle in the law courts than Cardiff. The stupor of the situation was that CCFC had as much rule flaunting as QPR and only becuase Cardiff are afilliated to the W FA and Their rullings Cardiff escaped any retribution. However it was enough for QPR to hold the League and FA in chek mate, as many clubs have made major issues that Cardiff are almost exempt from the F A's rulling and infact FA feared a major promblams from the football visinity had QPR been punished for less shady dealings than Cardiff, As we all know that a lot of Teams (clubs) have been dealt with more servierly for the same offence as QPR and some clubs for much less and have been relegated or had heaftier points reduction. As for Mr Lennons vist to the Reading fiasco it seemed Cardiff City were happy to let people think they were there to for J BOTH, Mr Lennon wouldnt risck that style of player, he wasnt looking at strickers that night and aparently would prefer Chops anyway, it was The Witt's on his wish list. Dont be suprised if any form of investigation of Celtics flirtations with Cardiff were to unfold. As for certain mangerial names being linked to Cardiff one of them said they wouldn't go to Cardiff for double £800.000 That tells me alls not its supposed to be at My Club!!!!!
