As expected, earlier today the scan showed no damage done to CB's hamstring. Smart move by CB to come off when he felt some tightness.

Craig Bellamy is a physio. He knew he was done in and came off at just the right time to stop damage.

Certainly done a good job looking after Bellamy and being lined up by some top premier league clubs it seems.

Dutch Ray spouts so much shit on his twitter. Wish the bloke would shut up half the time if I'm honest. Minus, when he gives good Bellamy news ofcourse. All talk when he comes to Wales though, a lot of hype no delivery.
