Dave Jones is named City boss and in his first interview he says " sometimes people get mixed up with me and say I have no passion what I have is no emotion, I read the game, I watch the game - if running up and down the touchline, doing somersaults gets you results then so be it but I am built the other way "

He goes on and says a lot more but what you have to agree with is that DJ has not changed his style and it cannot be said that he doesn't care as he came in with this attitude and has not changed.

Very true Carl.

But DJ was a little more enthused with his interviews in previous years with us, and seemed easier going with the reporters.

Maybe its his age, but with reporters etc these days he seems different. A lot more grumpy. When he's asked a question, he seems to laugh it off and make it sound like the question has no rellevance.

Is it increased pressure? Or general unhappyness here (despite the large paypacket)

Maybe managing CCFC has taken its toll on him
