Chelsea are at a crossroads in my opinion and as decent a bloke as Ancelotti seems he is on his way along with more than 1 or 2 of their big names.

The spine of that team is not right at the moment and a few of the older players Drogba & Lampard don't seem able to influence games like they did even a season ago.
