Whats it like? Is it a long drive? Thinking of going up there on weds

Best theme park in Britain by miles the ride up aint that long. Better if you do a weekend up there as the hotel actually in the grounds is great and you can get some good deals off season.

My Boy and me go up every year and it isn't far past Stoke. Hotel can be very pricey but very good but if you are staying over there are loads of B&Bs around. If you go for a couple of days you will have to spend a day in Splash landings it is superb.
And a little advice if you collect Tesco Club card points get your ticket on there you will save approx 80% of the entry price an absolute bargain.
