So that like everyone who goes to a football match can drink at a game in the comfort of their own seat ?
Interesting to see that this ban is only applied to football .
Other sporting events allow this and can see from trawling the internet actively encourage it .
So in this day and age of the " NANNY STATE "' would the law ever change it views on football fans ?

With arrests and disorder to a minimum maybe its time to change the law and why is it one rule for one and one rule for another wouldnt this impose on the Human rights bandwagon ?

To be honest in the Canton where there is standing it wouldn't be a problem. But when you have to sit i thinks everyone would get pissed off having to jump up and down every time someone wanted a pint or a Piss. Forcing everyone to stand up sit all the time. I understand that pisses people off who watch the Rugby. That is my opinion on a terrace OK but not at all seater stadiums

I dont see why you can't carry a plastic pint of lager up to your seat? when if you feel like it, you can get up walk 50yds and buy a pint - drink it - go back to your seat? stupid?

I can and always take mine to my seat with my burger. All the people around me abuse me for it.
