My worries about last few games

We are supposed to have the best frontline in the championship, but have everyone noticed we are not using them to their full potential:
1. Last night and previous games - How many shots have we had on target during a full 90 minutes? virtually one or two all game - When we get at the edge of the area, we dont shoot and end up just passing the ball out wide to no avail.
2. Chopra great player but doesnt seem to get into the game - ball needs to be placed on the grass for him to run onto and not hoofed into the box at every opportunity because we seem to not win any ball in the air. We are a much better team keeping the ball on the grass and the ball being delivered low and hard aacross the penalty area.
3. Last few games Jay has drifted wide and the only player in the area has been Olofinjana. How are we supposed to score goals if our strikers are not getting into the box?

You raise some good points and ultimately number 1 can be linked to number 2. It's a big knock on effect. Due to our full backs being quite defensive and static it means the forwards have to pull wide to support the wingers. However, what is the point when there's no-one in the box to cross to???
The midfield need to shoot more. Whittingham has started having a go more which is good. Burke needs to try more long rangers though and so does Oli. We should also start Koumas as well in the middle, even if it means pushing Whittingham out to the left. Koumas blitzing through the middle and firing shots on would help.

When Ramsey played for us, he opened up defensives by passing balls through the defences for strikers to run onto. We had a great run with him in the side.

I agree with this entirely - without Rambo, we may have struggled to remain in the top 6.

You seem to rely heavily on individual brilliance to win matches.Nothing wrong with that but if said players are having off days then you struggle to create.It seems strange saying this when you finished 4th and in with a great shout of promotion.It's what happens though when you set the bar as high as you have though.
