Soul Crew and stereotyped!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fri May 13, 2011 5:24 pm

I was going about my business today on the building site i work on down jackland with a t-shirt on as it was a lovely morning when i got asked by another tradesman asked me if the soul crew were still active?
At first i was a bit puzzled as I didnt know him but soon realised he seen my cardiff city tattoo on my arm.
He was an english chap from somewhere up north by the sound of his accent
I said "To be honest mate,i dont know and i dont care"
He said to me "Your a cardiff fan and you dont know"

This Bloke clearly saw my tattoo and assumed i was in a firm as he called it.............It never came into his head that the fact i have the tattoo is because i love Cardiff city that much i have them permanently inked on my skin because they are with me for life as i will be with them.

This is why we are the most hated club as everybody is ignorant enough to believe we are all hooligans
I give him a mouthful and he then back tracked by saying he didnt know much about football(Funny that considering he knew who the soul crew was)

I love nothing more than to have a brekkie and a few pints with the old man on matchdays and class myself as a genuine fan yet he took one look at me and made the decision on what type of person i was

PS A few jacks on site were booking hotels in london this morning hahahahahhahahaha. I forgot they werent in the playoffs last season. Bless them they are really getting excited!!!!!!!!!

There are literally thousands of 'soul crew' or whatever you would call them over the years who are
every bit as 'genuine' a fan as you mate

Bit over-sensitive, aren't you? a simple no would have sufficed for me rather than a mouthful to a bloke you could have enjoyed some banter with in the future. They'll look on you now as the 'over-sensitive one from Cardiff who should be avoided'
