Captain Obvious here again...But our defence, it’s not very good is it. I watched the Swans last night and their defence was awesome. Their midfield protect the back four so well that it’s almost impossible to penetrate their defence. Forest were restricted to mainly shots from outside the box and didn’t get many crosses in. The reason for this is that during the Forest build up play the Swans midfield attacked the man with the ball and rushed them into passes that invariably ended up being cleared by the back four.
Why do we let the opposition run at us whilst we back off and let them run into the box unopposed? I do hope DJ has the defence covered tonight, surely he has to change things around and stop the Reading wingers tearing us to shreds. Also I hope to god Heaton is fit and that doesn’t mean that he is just picked, I mean he is fully fit. I am not feeling that confident about tonight but with Bywater in goal
Anyway on a positive note the home team always feel the pressure in the playoff semis so hopefully even with our dodgy defence we can get a result tonight.
