Thu May 12, 2011 2:43 pm

im a season ticket holder, so is my son who is classed as a studant and my 2 daughters aged 9 and 7. as its a school night its a bit late for them to go down , extra time pens etc ? so i asked for 2 adult tickets instead , i was going to take my 2 brothers with me, her answer no you cant replace 2 childerns tickets for adults even though i was willing to pay the extra..
so now unless a parent and child buys them seats they are going to be empty :x :x

I went to the ticket office this afternoon and someone in front of me was able to upgrade a child season ticket to an adult.

To do this there must still be a child 'attending' as part of your group, if there are no children the it cannot be done.

If the ticket is for the family stand then I think you must be accompanying a child , OAP or someone with a disability?

Reading home game is advertised on the oficial site as £5 for student and under 16's
E-Ticketing is charging £10 for student :o and £5 for under 16's

i just rang the ticket office and had a student ticket for £5 because thats what their advertising them at although the real price is £10 :D :ayatollah:

another way around that is to use the child card to get an adult in, if the steward see's its a youth card they will approach you, tell them the child in question couldnt come therefore rather than have an empty seat you broght someone along, they will take the card off you and you will have to go to the ticket office or ring and they will charge you the difference.

there may be a slight difference with it being the last game of the season but im sure it would be held on your fan number account and you would have to pay before your new card is issued or any other game (wembley :ayatollah: ) was bought on that number
i did it once this season for ben (he still aint paid me the £12 :( )
