Fans Make A Huge Difference

Is the battle cry from Reading Chairman Sir John Madjeski today speaking to the Reading Chronicle about Friday nights playoff semi final 1st leg
Sir John said: "Fans make a huge difference. If they are united, they can help to make this happen, by jove they can. The message is 'your club needs you', let's give it the final big push. We're all striving to get to the promised land of the Premier League so let's get right behind them."

The thing that that hit home with me about this was the IF THEY ARE UNITED statement a simple thing to say but we ALL need to make sure we are just that. We need only to concentrate on the next 2 games to believe in our team, in their quality and their ability to blow away any team involved in this playoff process.
I have watched the Bluebirds for over 40 years and this is without doubt the best squad of players we have had in that time and I believe that this season they will deliver our dreams, but we must help them AFFECT WHAT WE CAN AFFECT by creating an atmosphere which will encourage our players to go through walls if they have to. Whatever thats gone before is now in the history books and needs to stay therefore this is all about 180 mins maybe 210 mins of football.
United we stand devided we will fall as Sir John said we can make a difference UNITED

we have a lot of different sort of fans within our club which may not be that different from other clubs....but when we unite...we are absolutely brilliant.

no the club doesn't help at all. away games show how good our support is.
the home games have been good as of late but throughout the whole season it could have been a lot better.
i can see the club being less strict if we gained promotion. but if the rumors are true of sam coming back if we stay down...then we know the atmosphere will be great.
reading at home will be rocking
