am I the only not getting hyped up about play offs

I am not sure why, but I am feeling no nerves about the play offs.

Last year I was a bag of nerves for weeks. I seriously almost lost my mind. This year it's gone.

I think maybe after all the missed opportunities over the years I have some how taken on a "c'est la vie" attitude to the City. I see it how it truly is.

Any anxiety seemed to leave me after Norwich got that winner six minutes into injury time against Derby and was gone during the Middlesbrough match. I sensed something bigger at work.



Anyone else feel like this?

i feel the same but maybe thats a good thing! ... a bit like the year after we lost to stoke in the play-offs! .... could be a sign!

I am feeling the same, I was hurt like thousands of others after the Blackpool game, but I am going in these games with different feelings and not expecting as much.

I'm not at all hyped up. In fact I have lost total interest. Dont ask me why, just have. I'm going to the games but not because I'm excited but more out of duty. I just hope when I get to Reading my attitude changes.

I can only echo what the others have said.

Im excited about the Reading game but you summed it up for me. Iv got a sort of c'est la vi attitude to it aswell.

complete opposite to the above really, wouldnt say im feeling nervous yet but excited and ready for what will be a hell of a battle.

im not excited or nervous tbh. on the bus after burnley i said to carl that i wont be going to any of the play offs as i hate them but he convinced me by saying could i let claire do more away games this season but now ive got tickets for both. as much as im fallen out of love with football its still like a drug and im addicted.

ill still get behind the team for 90 mins like i do every game

i've been excited all week cant wait, really feeling positive for some reason!!

I'm buzzing, can't sleep. Got a good feeling about the play offs this time. Sort of glad we didn't go up automatic, be nice if 40,000 Cardiff fans can sing Cheerio cheerio cheerio to the Jack fans at Wembley when we leave them languishing in the Championship as we hit the dizzy heights of the Premier League Then celebrate in our hundreds of thousands as the boys parade the trophy on an open topped bus through the city

Its cause we are use to losing in big games when we need to win. If we do win then it will be a bonus and we can get twice as drunk

We still have a manager who cannot motivate, cannot lead and cannot
admit when he's wrong.

YES, i blame the players. This going on the piss and disrespecting the fans
and the Club is a disgrace. But most of all it has shown a lack of respect
for their manager.

So i have no confidence going into Fridays game. None at all

I won't mention Boro (whoops) but I saw enough to worry me against Burnley again where our midfiled kept being over run to justify my opinion. Nevertheless, football is a funny old game as they say and you never know which City team is going to turn up so fingers and everything else crossed.

Looking more forward to watching Newcastle vs. West Brom on the 22nd in St. James.
