Reading games on the online tickets system

I can't seem to buy aways as a season ticket holder though... hmmm.

I just tried to buy away tickets and got the following message

'WE'RE SORRY!

UNFORTUNATELY, THIS TIME YOU DON'T HAVE THE CORRECT PRIVILEGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THIS MATCH. WHY NOT RETURN TO TICKET HOME AND TRY ANOTHER MATCH?'

Now the online box office has a landing page... taking ages to load too.
