And to be fair QPR have played the best football of the league all year - on merit they deserve to go up, we may have the best team on paper but lack of professionalism has cost us automatic

they wanted to but knew QPR would appeal on the basis of obtaining a points reduction , so its 15 so they dont have the option. They wanted to give 25pts.

I think you will find mate it is the FA 'stalling' and for no other reason than they are fucked. If they had a decision & was as watertight as everyone would like to make out then why no decision tomorrow?

Going through the motions is what is happening as far as QPR are concerned.
