In my opinion, if this was all sorted for QPR it would have been done by now, so many journalists claiming to be in the know and have their sources and posted them everywhere, nobody really knows what's going on.

This really should have been sorted months ago

Now that is the most sensible post ever. The FA has known about this since September 2010 and yet only charge QPR on 9th March and because of the various bank holidays decide that the best time to announce an outcome is the eve of the final game of the season, and even then it seems that they have f**ked up. If this has been done to avoid a massive public order issue then they ought to have thought about it earlier.
