"GREETINGS"

Thu May 05, 2011 1:04 pm

Thanks guys for some pukka messages really appreciate it. :)

You can't keep everyone happy so thought a little bit of time out was in order.

Watched you're game Sunday & was probably as shocked as anyone at the way the match turned out. I've already read a lot on here about being bottlers & chokers but if we're totally honest it was just 'one of them days' we had one a few weeks back up at Scunthorpe when we got played off the park & were thumped 4-1. No matter what players you have, what form you're in or how big your club is NO one has a right to win every game so I wouldn't panic if I was you guys no one will fancy playing Cardiff in the play offs.

On a negative point from a Cardiff point of view, I wouldn't get to excited about you're game at Burnley as it wont change you're position at all with regards to automatic promotion. As I've maintained all along from my people whom I trust implicitly we are looking very good with regards to our hearing & news today is 'The FA's case is in bits' & 'we are looking at a big victory.

So believe what you want of course but as I say if you had a tanner I wouldn't gamble it on QPR having our promotion affected at all.

So who do you want in the play offs & why? Come on lets talk footy!! :D

Hey Stan welcome back :) :) , TBH don't really have a preference to who we meet in the play off's, the team really have to show us that they can now handle the pressure and secure promotion and win all there remaining games.

Whats your view on our players going out on a night out 48hrs before our big game, can't believe they did this, no respect for fans or club.

Re: "GREETINGS"

Welcome back Stan, it was probably a good idea to have left when you did, the QPR talk was just going around in circles. Hope you get the right result tomorrow, and more importantly for all the other clubs, I hope that the outcome is proven catregorically, and there are no grey areas that opens it up to appeal.
On the football side of things, i think we have to avoid Forest, we haven't looked good against them, and they are starting to hit form again, saying that, if we meet them in the final, that will be a tough one! As we are all aware, if the Cardiff team turn up on the day we can easily beat any one of the playoff teams. Just got to keep our boys off the piss by the looks of things.
A Cardiff v Swansea final would be awseome, win that, and Dave Jones would become part of Cardiff folklore :ayatollah:

Cheers lads, seems no one wants Forest & I agree. They have probably under achieved this year with the squad they have regardless of wee Billy's moaning but I really wouldn't fancy them as its clear they have the team to win games IF they turn it on, saying that so have the others but I do rate Forest as the most dangerous.

How come no one's mentioned the Jacks? Are you not worried about them or are you hoping to meet them at Wembley?

Elad-regarding players out drinking I couldn't believe it & if true I would be absolutely disgusted & utterly let down. What happened to the 'eat sleep football' talk? How the hell are they out on the town at this stage of the season?!

Wecome back Stan it's good to have other fans view points on here and you were one of the few who talked common sense and had some good banter. :ayatollah:

With regards to QPR i think everyone just wants to get tomorrows hearing done and dusted so we all know where we are and then can concentrate on the Play Offs. With regards to our players 'eating and sleeping football' they obviously omitted drinking :D

Altough joking aside they now owe us fans big time and the only way we will forgive them is if they secure promotion i always had a feeling we would have to do it the hard way ;)

Thanks Blue mate. I think the last sentence you wrote is absolutely spot on YES they 100% do owe the fans big time after the last week. Can't get my head round the fact some were drinking, especially a player in JLS who should be thankful he's got a club to play for, its not exactly like he's been flavour of the month at Bolton for the last year or 2. Piss taker.

Piss Head more like i reckon we should drop him off at Bolton on the way to Burnley and if he asks nicely we might slow down the bus :D

I agree with this - would rather meet Reading in the Semi Finals.....
Over 2 legs, less than 150 miles down the road,(AWAY SUPPORT!) and Cardiff raise their game against the better teams and actually have a quite a good record against Reading!

I think we could either nick a win or draw away, then re-create the leicester play off of last year at home, and have a great evening out! :ayatollah:

How the hell would they police Cardiff v Swansea in the final at Wembley if it turns out that way??? There would be chaos!

Welcome back to your spiritual home Stan, look most of us have said it on many occasions that QPR fully deserve their promotion on merit however only a fool would say they wouldnt take 2nd spot(Burnley result pending) as far as Im concerned its promotion at any cost. But I also wish you well come tomorrow at 4 and dont be stranger, good luck QPR :ayatollah:
