Play-off Announcement

In the event of Nottingham Forest reaching the play-off semi-finals following this Saturday's game against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, the club wish to inform their supporters of the following:

Forest have been contacted by the Football League and have been informed that the FA verdict scheduled to be given this Friday against QPR could have significant impact on the provisional dates for the play-off semi-finals.

The club have worked through the various scenarios and could be faced with the prospect of having to sell 30,000 tickets for the home leg of the semi-finals in just four days.

Should The Reds secure a top six finish this Saturday an announcement covering all the ticket sale dates will be given shortly after full-time (once full clarity has been received from the Football League).

this was on the radio when we left the ground monday night annis, who ever it was made a statement saying the leauge has a contingency plan to move the playoffs back 1 week if needed

doesnt the same apply tho to the team that will finish 3rd coz they will have to sell tickets over a very short notice too ??

again th esame radio announcement said all th eteams already in the playoffs had recieved this information, concerning the possible movement, seems to me like forest were left out at the initial mail shot

Isn't the sale of 30,000 tickets in four days the norm anyway?

Hope they dont , I have my flights booked for the seond leg - bet the club wont refund that nor the FA !!!!!!!!
