I'm sure h'e's factually wrong on one point too.

He says that the FA have realised that they will be unable to dock points from QPR if the verdict is delayed until the campaign is finished.

That didn't stop them demoting Swindon some years back after they had won their play off final against Sunderland thereby finishing their campaign!!!
