i think players should get performance related pay

a basic small salary,and massive incentives to win,that way the players would have a different attitude to what is important.and this is not just based on mondays performance but the number of times this squad hasnt turned up this season

i think you missed the BASIC SMALL SALARY,not £10,000 a week regardless
