That's an amazing possiblity no-one has really discussed.
If FA do-not impose a points deduction and QPR go up, Cardiff and Swansea will be playing for 3rd place this weekend in the knowledge that finishing there would give them the oppotunity to sue QPR for a potential £90m
OK so it's not the Premiership but that's a hell of an alternative and that kind of cash would transform this club.

this is something that was discussed on talksport yesterday with a sports lawyer who had said ,swansea had already been in touch with her regarding their situation and are preparing a case to claim 5 points back off qpr if found guilty.also said ken bates is ready to launch a case against qpr too,thats why he probably came out as the owner of leeds this week because he wants to be whiter than white when all this blows,if anyone knows whats going on in the fa, it'll be ken bates.

With all the play off teams possibly launching a compensation claim, it could cost QPR £90m for each club in the Play Off's!
A points deduction or a ban on promotion would solve all the issues.
