its no coincidence that the bigger the game the more we cock it up and it happens time after time.
we deserve better and its time the supporters start to demand it.

Swansea away 1-0, Leicester Play offs, Bristol City 3-2 at home, Swansea last season 2-1, Preston 1-0, I could go on but I am making a not so subtle point that in just those games there point to passion and Bellamy did not feature in or was even at the club for a couple.

And those examples are merely that - isolated examples.

No point winning 'big' matches, then slipping up on the bread and butter games. Need to show passion in every match, not matter what personel are on the field.

Because he shows no passion on the touchline doesnt mean he doesnt have passion. Think we have too many big ego's in the team after seeing the Boro game. No passion by the players!!! It was plain to see. Jones cant be blamed for everything. Think he needs praising for the great run of wins we have had recently.

Have QPR?
Have those other teams the talent we have?
The fact remains, there's absolutely zero consistency in our squad. QPR can grind results out. Norwich never say die. We have an immensely talented squad playing like individuals, not a team.

We all new how this was going to end with DJ at the helm (in the lottery of the play offs) and the way the team are performing on and off the field I do not fancy our chances. Yesterday we played like the team that had nothing to play for and it was embarrasing.
We should have got rid of DJ when we had reason to at Christmas, yes we may have been on an unbeaten run but those draws and wins were by the skin of our teeth. OK Norwich have been one of the luckiest teams I have seen in years but you make your own luck, like they have by playing for one another unlike our bunch who seem to rather go on the lash most of the time.
I have a question for you Carl, with arguably the biggest game in the clubs history yesterday why didn't DJ book the whole team into the vale hotel and have a curfew?
I fear for the club if we fail in the play offs as a big rebuilding job will be required.

They are professional players and adults at that too, do you want him to tuck them in and read them bedtime stories too ?

Carl, it's also fair to say a large chunk of people blame the players when it's going wrong, but give all credit to the manager when it's going right...

Bullshit Carl you know as well as I do that is all about being professionals and getting the team focused on the job in hand as you have quoted in other posts (Man Utd and Chelsea have(Man Utd and Chelsea also get the team together in hotels on evenings prior to big games..Fact!), they are obviously not acting like pro's when they go on the piss the night before a huge game.
