So What Does Ken Bates Know?

A few weeks ago Richard Scudemore CEO PL told the football governance enquiry that Leeds Utd would have to clarify exactly who owns Leeds Utd to have any chance of being accepted as a member of the PL.

Right now Leeds Utd have to win away at QPR and Forest lose at Palace as well as turning over a goal difference of +6 against Forest. But still today Papa Smurf has decided to make public he is now the sole owner of Leeds Utd FC - Why?
