Team spirit

Jimmy Floyd just hit the nail on the head. Norwich have played like a team all season whereas Cardiff play more like a group of individuals.
Apart from one or two individuals I could not name you any of Norwich's team. But that's what they are...a TEAM.
Dave Jones seems incapable of moulding a group of talented individuals to play as a team. After the first 20 minutes today the players were all shouting and pointing at each other, moaning at the (admittedly shit) officials and showing absolutely no collective desire to bust a gut for each other.
I have enjoyed seeing some big names playing for Cardiff over the last few years but it's becoming increasingly frustrating to see teams like Norwich and Blackpool who look on paper to be weaker than us, fly past us into the Premier League whilst our "team" seem incapable of the application and willingness to play for each other which has characterised the success of these so-called "lesser" teams.

I loved the team spirit and happiness between the Norwich players. Too bad we dont have that
