Congratulations to Norwich City and Paul Lambert

Mon May 02, 2011 8:40 pm

The first game of last season Paul Lambert took his Colchester United side to Norwich and won 7-1; he then took the Norwich job and led them to promotion to the Championship. He's now got them promoted to the Premiership.
Fair play to them.

I was expecting this today; I don't know why? Having plyed his trade in the lower leagues, Paul Lambert knew who the good young and not so young players were; players who were hungry for sucess and capable of going the extra mile to get it. Hence all the late goals through the season and great team work. I must admit that I like wtching teams who play a pressing more than a holding style.
I have no confidence that DJ can motivate this squad through the play offs.
