There's nothing managers can do about it in all fairness to them they can't exactly go around holding the players hands can they? Perhaps this is the reason for Ashley Williams so-called 'tiredness' a few weeks back. Either way when they're being paid a 4 or 5 figure wage it's just not on.

Think it's time for Jones to get on his horse and ride off into the sunset. You could see the effort and commitment of the Norwich players tonight, they ran miles closing down Pompey, they really wanted it.
Over the season we have gone on bad runs and taken ages to turn things around and it's because of those bad runs that we have lost out on the top two positions.
I am not confident that this team can be motivated by DJ to win the play offs,I hope I am wrong does anyone feel the same ?

Steve , that's exactly what you would think would be organised I agree. As well as things like player of the year doo's after the season has finished.

Today we had Blake, Chopra & the Beast on the bench & the 3 of them are right lard arses.Could'nt see someone like Wenger allow any of his players to walk around with beer guts during the season, surely with all the money they're being paid the least they can do is be in tip top condition.

I think we are looking for any shit to throw out of anger and frustration and understandably so, But what a lot of People seem to forget is that a successful Football Club has everything in order a happy ship and the all in together factor, ie All Club Staff from the Tea lady to the Board Members, and its no secret among the Football vicinity that Cardiff City do not have a happy Home and are impressed that We actually had a say in the run in under the unseen circumstances within. And as many of you will know that many opposing fans that had IV BEEN TO CARDIFF AWAY on their CV was an achievement to behold has all but disappeared and actually miss that cauldron effect that CCFC away gave to visiting Fans, I cant count the phone calls iv had from Mates that have came to Cardiff in recent times that are actually gutted that Cardiff City has very nice place to go for a nice quiet game of Footy, and are convinced CCFC have removed Their Twelve Man and has no doubt hindered the Clubs achievements or lack of.
