just got back depressed as hell, didnt stay for lap of honour, think i'll sink a few cans of carlsberg!!

Surely they didn't have the nerve to go on a "Lap of Honour" after that showing?
Would have been as embarrassing as Ipswich game at Ninian a few seasons ago.

I was about to post the exact same thing

What about Stoke
Mon May 02, 2011 7:37 pm
Of course I did.
I'm not going to let a bad result get in the way, I'm not that fickle.

Didn't think they deserved applause after that shambles so i stayed in the concourse with a pint drowning my sorrows!
Mon May 02, 2011 7:46 pm
I stayed. Not many did tho. I was pissed off with the result but I i stayed and told them to get their heads together and keep their heads up. The last thing we need now is for the fans to turn on the players. Win, lose or draw we are Cardiff City and we need to stick together.

I stayed.
The lap of honour is about he season and not one game
Mon May 02, 2011 7:50 pm
i gotta admit i left and was absolutely distraught, however i did regret doing so when i got home coz like you mentioned the boys have give us some damn good times this season
fair play to all those that stayed

I stayed for the lap of honour, I understand people leaving after that performance, but overall this season I was of the opinion they deserved a round of applause. Tbh I bet they were embarrassed to come out to the handful of people who stayed. They just walked around clapping whilst chatting amoungst themselves, fairly lacking really, I only saw super Kev throw this training top into the ninian.
The first kid who ran out of the tunnel slipped after about 20 yards and went sprawling..... I thought 'ahh that must be young Bothroyd'
Mon May 02, 2011 8:08 pm
Oh and on a side note, DJ didn't walk around with the players
Mon May 02, 2011 8:12 pm
I stayed, but only cos my little boy wanted to see the players. You would have thought that they would have made more of an effort, especially in front of the family stand, and Bellers didn't even come over..................... A lot of managers would have MADE THEM do that, and a lot of managers would have had the balls to have joined them on the pitch too!

I feel like I should have stayed but I was just too gut-wrenchingly disappointed.

Thats funny fair play

Jones didnt come onto the pitch after the game?
Well that says it all about the man, he really cannot handle the pressure after another shocking tactical embarrassment against a team we really should be beating at home.
I will be delighted when he leaves and I have said it since december 2010 that he will not take us to the premier league, the first half performance today proved that.
To not be in the top 2 at this stage of the season is a
DISGRACE

Stayed till the end as always but not for the Lap of Honour, much easier to get the car out than normal tonight though, we need to get our heads right for Burnley and hope for some miracle results either on the pitch or by the FA.
