Did anyone else think...

Mon May 02, 2011 7:04 pm

that it was our year this year, there was a real buzz about ccs today but my world came crashing down in 21 diabolical minutes and now I feel totally dejected, can't even bring myself to watch the pompey game

I'm a new poster by the way, been following this mb all season and have really enjoyed laughin at all the banter that goes on here, was gonna join up next season, but that painful performance has brought my plans foward

48hrs max for alcohol to affect your performance.

"48hrs max for alcohol to affect your performance"

Hardly ideal preparation for the first of what was our 2 most important games of the season??!! surely they could have waited just a few more weeks before going on the pop

Thats absolutely shockin, why can't they just wait a week or two, IMHO todays dire performance was much worse than Ipswich last game at ninian, absolutely gutless, was mcphail one of the players seen out? I normally stick by him when others give him stick but he was very very poor today, not a single accurate pass :x

We were pants and we bottled it.....but a hangover 2 days before today certainly didn't help, that's for sure!

The Ipswich game was also a 5:15pm kick-off. No idea if that has any bearing but it seems odd we have had two woeful home performances when the game has kicked-off then.
