WHY I THINK QPR WILL BE DOCKED POINTS ..

Mon May 02, 2011 11:11 am

If QPR was found not guilty would this have dragged on as much as it have?

If it was a cock up of paper work, it would take days for QPR to tell the FA and end of story.

People are also saying, "You cant dock QPR points, they didnt to West Ham"

THE RULES HAVE CHANGED !!

In my opinion, if they dont get docked points its a farce. Not because Cardiff would move up a place, but when Annis showed us other clubs and the small things they got deducted points for, how can QPR get away with getting none whatsoever?
There is no way on earth QPR would be found not guilty of 7 charges?

I think if there found not guilty, Who ever finishes 3rd has the right to appeal and fight, as it would purlely and simply be a farce.

Just my opinion

I know what you mea, it has only got this far because the FA believe there is something to answer, but it is up to the independent panel to say guilty or not guilty.

It's like the Police going to to the crown prosecution service with their evidence, the cps decide whether there is something to answer for and then put it in front of a jury. The CPS could still be wrong

Except on the panel to listen to qpr's defence are 2 fa members, and if you think they havent been told what to vote for then you would be very naive

QPR have broken the rules on 3rd party ownership of a player and lied to the FA/League about it. There will be a punishment. They relegated Swindon 2 divisions for misdemeanors in 1990. They had won promotion to the old 1st division, but were dropped 2 divs only getting back to 2nd division on appeal. The FA are'nt always weak.

THE RULES HAVE CHANGED !! - No they haven't - A NEW rule was brought in - there were no previous rules.

In my opinion, if they dont get docked points its a farce. - What if they are found NOT guilty of the charges by the IRC? then it won't be a farce will it? Not because Cardiff would move up a place, but when Annis showed us other clubs and the small things they got deducted points for, how can QPR get away with getting none whatsoever? - QPR's sitaution is UNLIKE any other before (the closest is the Tevez farce from a few years ago, and even then there was no rule in place!)
There is no way on earth QPR would be found not guilty of 7 charges? Why? because one, you haven't seen the evidence? and two, you probably don't know the rules and regulations relating to each and every charge!

I think if there found not guilty, Who ever finishes 3rd has the right to appeal and fight, as it would purlely and simply be a farce. - Surely they would only have the right to open a case if it effects their finishing position in the table and depending on how many points QPR (MAY) be deducted? and if that also effects the situation of the 3rd place club?

Just my opinion

Sorry to be a pain in the arse - I just wanted to disect what you stated. the good thing is you did say "IN my opinion" !

IT just goes to show that every one has their own opinion on the matter, but nobody really knows what how and IF!

THEY HAVENT BROKEN RULES UNTIL THE IRC DECIDE THEY HAVE! until then I think it would be fair for fans to stop pre-judging the situation without seeing any evidence!

I think they will be deducted points cos Merlin and Castleblue have convinced me they will!! With their well informed and researched posts. I am relying on ur knowledge in this matter boys. Really relying. Really really relying

Merlin is absolutely right as the alledged infringement of rules are based on a NEW rule with absolutely no history of how any alledged breach would be interpreted. It is also the case regarding the alledgation of deliberately submitting false documents to the FA Compliance Unit when they were investigating the matter.

But in my experience when the compliance department believe there has been a breach of regulations there has been, but that does not mean that all charges will be proven.

The more I think about it I think QPR fate will be decided by how the IRC view the false documentation charge as if this is proven then the club will be guilty of trying to defy the FA attempts to get to the truth of the matter.

There is no history of clubs being found guilty of supplying false documents following an FA request I cannot believe the FA will sit back and let the club or Mr Paladini get off lightly on that one. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I'm not pre-judging the outcome because I don't know the full story, put if any of the charges are proven against QPR then I am convinced that any punishment they receive will be aimed at keeping them out of the play-offs.

They will either get 1. a straight fine 2. a deduction which is not big enough to stop their automatic promotion or 3. a massive deduction which relegates them to a postion below 7th position.

If they then decide to appeal should option 3 be implemented it will be on the understanding that the FA have the powers to increase the punishment by relegating them to League 1 or even League 2 should the appeal fail. At that point I believe QPR would swallow their pride and accept their punishment.

These options in any case would minimised the impact on the 4 teams who have made the play-offs and the 3rd and 7th placed clubs who could take their place should things go sour for them.

Any unlikely legal challenge would also involve only QPR rather than several other clubs with a gripe should QPR take part in the play-offs.

Just listening to Talkshite they have a right chav on there a Mirror Group journo who sounds so far up QPR backsides it's unbelieveable.

Anywat the Chav says QPR are still trying to get a court order to prevent the hearing because some other chav journo called QPR guilty in another shithouse rag.

Unbelievable hype but I'm going to love the next 4 days. What a soap opera :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
